Rox Recovery

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Rox Recovery (operated by Pine Beach Pty Ltd, ABN 65 633 598 722) handles personal information. We’ve kept this site deliberately simple — we don’t run user accounts, we don’t capture email addresses, and we don’t sell data to third parties.

What we collect directly

Almost nothing. We do not operate sign-up forms, accounts, newsletters, or contact forms that store data. The only personal information we collect directly is what you choose to send us by emailing the address on our contact page — and we keep that correspondence only as long as we need it to answer your message.

What our analytics provider collects

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-conscious first-party analytics service, to understand how visitors use the site. Vercel Analytics:

  • Records anonymised page-view, referrer, and device information.
  • Does not use third-party cookies.
  • Does not track you across other websites.
  • Does not identify you personally.

You can read Vercel’s data handling at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

What happens when you click through to the shop

Our shop is an embedded CollabCart storefront. Once you click into a product or proceed to checkout inside the embed, you are interacting with CollabCart’s platform and the supplier’s order-fulfilment systems. Their privacy practices apply to that interaction. CollabCart’s privacy notice is available on their site.

We receive only aggregated, non-identifying purchase information from CollabCart for the purpose of calculating commission. We do not receive your name, email address, payment details, or shipping address.

Cookies

The only cookies served from roxrecovery.com.au are first-party cookies set by Vercel Analytics. The CollabCart embed and any other third-party content (e.g. embedded YouTube videos) may set their own cookies inside their iframes. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time without affecting your ability to read the site.

How long we keep data

  • Direct correspondence (email): until the matter is resolved, then deleted on a rolling basis (typically within 12 months).
  • Analytics data: retained by Vercel per their default retention policy (currently 30 days for visitor-level events; aggregated counts kept indefinitely).

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose information only when required by Australian law (for example, in response to a valid subpoena).

Your rights under the Australian Privacy Act

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

  • Request access to any personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Make a complaint about our handling of your information.

To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

International transfers

Vercel may store analytics data on servers outside Australia (typically the United States and European Union). By using this site, you acknowledge this transfer. We rely on Vercel’s published security and privacy commitments to safeguard your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
