These Terms apply to your use of roxrecovery.com.au (the “Site”), operated by Pine Beach Pty Ltd, ABN 65 633 598 722 (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to read articles, browse product recommendations, and click through to the embedded CollabCart shop. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, mirror, or systematically download Site content without written permission.
  • Republish substantial portions of our content without attribution and a link back to the original page.
  • Use the Site in any way that breaches Australian law.

2. Editorial nature of content

Content on this Site is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It is not, and is not intended to be, medical, physiotherapy, nutrition, or other professional advice. We cite peer-reviewed studies where relevant, but you should not rely on Site content as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

  • Recovery products and supplements may support training, recovery, or wellbeing — they are not represented as treating, curing, or preventing any condition.

3. Affiliate relationships

We earn commission on qualifying purchases made through links to the embedded CollabCart shop. Our Affiliate Disclosure describes this in full. Commercial relationships do not influence our editorial decisions.

4. The shop is operated by CollabCart

Purchases made through the embedded shop are transactions between you and the relevant supplier, facilitated by CollabCart. Pine Beach Pty Ltd:

  • Is not the seller of those products.
  • Does not handle payment or shipping.
  • Is not responsible for product warranties, returns, customer service, or fulfilment issues — those are matters between you and the supplier (and, where relevant, CollabCart).

If you have an issue with a product or order, contact the supplier directly via the order confirmation you receive at checkout.

Our pages link out to third-party sites (PubMed, supplier websites, news outlets, Hyrox event pages, etc.) and embed content from third parties (CollabCart, YouTube, etc.). We aren’t responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content (articles, product reviews, illustrations, photography commissioned by us, page structure, and code) is © Pine Beach Pty Ltd unless otherwise marked. Product images, brand names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and used under fair-dealing for review and commentary. The Hyrox name and marks are the property of HYROX GmbH; Rox Recovery is not affiliated with HYROX GmbH.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
  • We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any product information, pricing, or third-party content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pine Beach Pty Ltd’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to AUD $100 in aggregate. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is to be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
